Grief support group in Malta

Trick or Treat for the Food Bank

10-30. Trick or Treat for the Food Bank on Wednesday, October 30 from 6-9 p.m.

Trunk or Treat at Pip’s in Saco

10-30. Pip’s Diner on Front Street in Saco is hosting “Trunk or Treat” on Wednesday, October 30 from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. where you can decorate your trunk for Halloween to handout goodies to trick or treaters. Call Chris or Heidi at 406-527-3353 or 406-688-8756 for more info.

Dirt Daubers meeting

10-4. The Malta Dirt Daubers will meet on Monday, November 4 at 5:30 p.m. at Toni Z's home to make Christmas decorations for the Festival of Trees.

Kiwanis meeting

10-5. The Malta Kiwanis will meet on Tuesday, November 5 at 6 p.m. at Westside Restaurant. Time to plan for December activities. Public always welcome.

Historical Society Specialty Fair

10-2. The Phillips County Historical Society will host their annual Specialty Fair on Saturday, November 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Malta City Hall.

Bingo to Benefit Michael Jaynes

11-3. On Sunday, November 3, there will be BINGO at Dodson School and all proceeds will go to the Jaynes family as their son, Michael, a sophomore at Dodson High School, deals with the Rhabdomyosarcoma form of cancer. Bingo will start at 2 p.m. that Sunday.

11-7. Walleyes Meeting will be held Thursday, November 7 at 6:30 p.m. at Stretch's Pizza. All are welcome.

FFA Supporter Meeting

11-8. All interested supporters of our local FFA chapter are invited to an informational meeting on Friday, November 8, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the GN Lodge room. There will be a no-host supper, and a State FFA Alumni representative will be available to answer any questions we may have. 11-9. The Landusky Foundation is holding its Fall Fundraiser on Saturday, November 9 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Landusky Community Hall. Call Darlene at 673-3267, with any questions. All are welcome.

Saco School’s Veteran's Day Program

11-11. Saco School’s will be hosting a Veteran's Day Program on November 11 at 2 p.m. in the multi-purpose room. There is also a book fair that day in the library from noon until 5 p.m., Usborne Books.

11-12. Ranchers Stewardship Alliance is having their Monthly Meeting on Tuesday, November 12 in the Malta Business Center at 5 p.m. All are welcome.

CattleWomen Banquet

11-15. The Phillips County Livestock Association/CattleWomen Banquet will be held Friday, November 15 at the Tin Cup. Water hole is 6 p.m. and meal is at 7 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
