One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for November 13, 2019

It snowed a wet snow on Tuesday afternoon, giving the ground a good cover and about one-inch precipitation. Very cold Wednesday and it stayed this way all week.

There were not many people out for lunch at the Whapatu Center this week. Cold and bad roads.

Richard Gilmore had to go to Billings for medical treatment again this week. Prayers and best wishes are sent to him.

Polly Solberg went to Billings on Friday to visit and help son Tim's family.

Continued stay well wishes to Willard Mortenson as he has medical done.

Thanks to all who sent cards and greetings for my birthday — made my day!

It snowed again on Saturday night — lots! — and again, on Sunday. Big flakes and it got pretty deep. Heartfelt thanks to the (I was told) two elves who shoveled my walk, etc. while I was at church. You made it so much easier for me.

Birthday greetings to Jennifer Best, Merrimae Solberg and all others having a birthday these cold days. Happy anniversary to Corky and Bonnie LaBrie, hope you have many more.

The more we love our friends, the less we flatter them. Silences make the real conversations between friends.

Enjoy the snow and hope for warmer weather!
