Questions and responses should be directed to Don Voegel, District President, (406) 390-1708, P.O. Box 1388, Malta, MT 59538. All responses must be received by 5:00 p.m. Friday, December 6, 2019. Further, to the fullest extent feasible, the consultants and contractors selected to design and construct public facilities projects will utilize business owners located in or substantially owned by residents of Buffalo Trail and Phillips County.

This solicitation is being offered in accordance with federal and state statutes governing procurement of professional services.
