"Snowman with an Attitude," created by the Red Hatters and Hi-Line H'Attitudes, is one of the many entries in this year's Phillips County Historical Society's Christmas Tree Festival held at the Phillips County Museum on Thursday, December 5.
"Christmas Memories" sets the scene for the Phillips County Historical Society's Christmas Tree Festival which began Tuesday, November 12, 2019. The Festival Open House is scheduled for Thursday evening, December 5, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Phillips County Museum, Malta.
Phillips County businesses, communities, organizations, and individuals will be competing in the "Festival of Trees" event.
