!November 15, 2019

8:43 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male having a possible stroke; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

9:07 a.m. Female reported a Social Security phone scam.

11:00 a.m. Female reported finding a license plate on her property; Deputy responded to the call; owner located and plate returned.

12:09 p.m. Male reported a Hit & Run to his vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

12:33 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

3:30 p.m. Male reported a tractor and trailer driving erratic on Hwy 2, eastbound towards Malta; information passed onto Motor Carrier Services Officer.

3:48 p.m. 911 received reporting a non-injury fender/bender near a local motel; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

4:46 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 7am-6pm Saturday.

9:44 p.m. Female reported hitting a deer on Hwy 2, east of Malta; no injuries to the occupant and the deer was still alive; Deputies responded to the call; deer humanely euthanized; white form issued.

10:03 p.m. Sheriff performed building security checks in the Saco and Sleeping Buffalo areas.

10:48 p.m. Female reported an assault; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

11:50 p.m. Local MHP Trooper transported one adult male, Dario Carrasco, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI and local warrant charges; case file started.

November 16, 2019

12:31 a.m. Ft Belknap LE requested PCSO assistance with a vehicle pursuit, eastbound on Hwy 2, then southbound on Route 66; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle stopped by Ft Belknap on Route 66.

12:35 a.m. Deputy received a report of a male trying to break into a residence; Deputy responded to the call; Sheriff transported one adult male, Quentin Fish, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Disorderly Conduct charges; male later released with citation and not incarcerated; case file started.

12:54 a.m. Female requested extra patrol around her residence.

2:04 a.m. Male reported another altercation at a local apartment complex; Deputies responded to the call; situation taken care of before Deputy’s arrival.

3:02 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect from 7am-6pm today.

9:55 a.m. Female requested assistance with getting property from the residence involved in the assault situation last night; Deputy handled the call.

11:15 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for an unresponsive male at a local residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

12:23 p.m. Female reported a theft of a rifle; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

1:59 p.m. Local EMT Crew reported to the airport to pick up the flight crew, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient.

4:12 p.m. Male reported he was assaulted the night before; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

5:02 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

6:05 p.m. Male requested extra patrol in a residential area.

6:46 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance at a local business; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

7:50 a.m. Sheriff performed building security checks in the Whitewater, Loring and Port of Morgan areas.

9:09 p.m. Male reported a missing vehicle and refused to file a complaint form; information passed onto Deputies.

November 17, 2019

1:48 p.m. Local Fish & Game Warden requested PCSO assistance with a male who had stolen property in his possession when he was arrested for poaching a mule deer; Undersheriff and an MHP Trooper responded to the call; case file started.

2:00 p.m. MHP Trooper transported one adult male, Andrew Cole, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Theft charges.

4:45 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with removing an unwanted person from her residence; Deputies responded to the call; male left the location on his own accord without further incident.

9:49 p.m. Male reported a male sitting outside of a closed business for an extended amount of time; Deputies responded to the location and transported one adult male, Shawn Blount, to PCSO to be incarcerated on a local warrant.

November 18, 2019

10:32 a.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Shawn Blount, from PCSO Jail on time served.

10:34 a.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Andrew Cole, from PCSO Jail on time pay.

12:52 p.m. Male reported his loaded semi-truck and trailer was broke down on Hwy 191 north of Malt and he would be returning with a different one to remove it.

2:25 p.m. City employee reported they were receiving complaints about a burn barrel near a local business; Undersheriff handled the call.

2:51 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 11am Tuesday to 2am Wednesday for northern Phillips Co.

3:24 p.m. Female reported two dogs running loose in the downtown area; information passed onto ACO.

5:30 p.m. Male reported a vehicle/cow accident on the Content Rd; no injuries to the occupant; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

7:43 p.m. Female reported a neighbor’s dog barking incessantly for an extended amount of time; Deputies responded to the call; owner located and advised to bring the dogs inside.

November 19, 2019

12:46 a.m. 911 received reporting a personal vehicle transport of a male having chest pain, coming into Malta on Hwy 191 south; caller did not want an ambulance; information passed onto PC Hospital.

3:08 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 11am today until 2am Wednesday for northern, central and southeast Phillips Co.

8:17 a.m. Female reported hitting a deer east of Dodson on Hwy 2; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

9:34 a.m. Reserve Deputy transported one adult male, Dario Carrasco, from PCSO Jail to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time.

4:38 p.m. Male reported a fire off of Hwy 191 south of Malta; location confirmed as a reported controlled burn.

5:47 p.m. Female reported a fire off of Hwy 191 south of Malta; location confirmed as a different reported controlled burn.

10:30 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory now in effect until 8am Wednesday for most of Phillips Co.

11:21 p.m. Female reported she slid her vehicle off of Hwy 191 south of Malta; no injuries and had a ride to town; vehicle would be removed the next day.

11:54 p.m. Deputy requested the plows and sand for Hwy 2; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation employee.

November 20, 2019

1:29 a.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle accident on Hwy 191 north of Malta; vehicle had slid off of the Hwy and tipped onto its side; no injuries to the occupants; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

1:46 a.m. Deputy reported Hwy 191 north and south were extremely icy and requested DOT be advised; MT Dept of Transportation employee advised of the situation, sent out trucks and closed the Hwy for emergency traffic only.

Several calls received reporting a vehicle in the ditch off of Hwy 191 south; callers advised had been reported and would be removed tomorrow.

7:48 a.m. Male reported a cow had been shot; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

7:51 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory is canceled for all of Phillips.

11:06 a.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle slid off on Hwy 191 north; caller needed a tow truck; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle not in the reported area and tow truck canceled.

1:41 p.m. Deputy assisted with pulling a vehicle out of the ditch on Hwy 191 south of Malta.

2:50 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a possible violation of a Protection Order; Sheriff handled the call.

2:58 p.m. Deputy reported a disabled delivery truck on Hwy 2, east of Malta; tow truck later arrived and removed the vehicle from the location.

7:55 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance for a drunk pedestrian at the caller’s residence; Deputies and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; case file started.

8:29 p.m. Female reported a vehicle traveling on Hwy 2, eastbound from Saco, that keeps “shutting its lights off and driving”; local MHP Trooper responded to the call; vehicle located and stopped; found to be having electrical issues.

9:36 p.m. Local MHP Trooper reported to a vehicle/deer crash south of Havre.
