Hudyma, Welch recall 1994 M-ette season

The Malta M-ettes won five State B titles in the 90's. Tuesday, December 3, marked 25 years since Malta won the State title in 1994, a trophy that would eventually be lost forever as the school burned down in 1995.

Though the hardware is lost, the memories are not and as we prepare to enter the 2019 season of M-ette basketball, the PCN caught up Linda (Cummings) Hudyma and Beth (Welch) Young, a pair of All-State athletes from the 1994 championship team.
