Part Time Dispatch Position

Phillips County Sheriff’s Office

The Phillips County Sheriff’s Office has a part time dispatch position opening. Applicant must be able to work weekends as well as varying hourly schedules. This position can be fast paced and the applicant must be able to handle stressful situations. He/she will be required to attend Public Safety Communicator Basic Course. Starting wage is $14.33 p/h, with $1.00 increase after probation period. Applications can be picked up at the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office.

Job responsibilities will be to maintain and operate gas wells.

Mechanical and Computer skills necessary.

Class A CDL license with tanker endorsement is highly recommended for this position, or the successful candidate will be required to obtain the license within the 1st three months of employment.

Must be able to lift 50#.

Employment is contingent on drug screening and background check.
