2020 elections officially underway

The 2020 election process is officially underway as of last Thursday, January 9, which was the first day for candidates to file for office according to the Montana Secretary Corey Stapleton, and will continue until 5 p.m. on Monday, March 9 this year.

In Phillips County, the County Commissioner District C, a 6-year term currently held by Richard Dunbar, and the Phillips County Clerk of Court position, a 4-year term currently held by Tami Christofferson, are both on this election ballot. (Christofferson had filed for reelection as of Friday, January 10.)
