The City of Malta will conduct a public hearing February 25, 2020 at 5:05pm in the council chambers of city hall to consider a Petition to Annex filed by Phillips County Hospital Association, Inc. to annex a contiguous parcel of property located in the NE ¼ SW ¼ of Section 17, Township 30 North, Range 30 East.
