10:51 p.m. Sheriff performed building security checks in the Sleeping Buffalo and Saco areas.

February 8, 2020

1:05 a.m. 911 received reporting a Hit & Run to a vehicle and several power poles near a local business; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

3:04 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5am Sunday for all of Phillips Co.

8:05 a.m. Female requested a welfare check on a running vehicle with an individual inside of it; caller also claimed no one should be living in that house; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay; individual had permission from a family member to be at the residence.

8:28 a.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult female, Ethel Phillips, into PCSO Jail on a Blaine Co SO warrant.

1:47 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible slide off near the Golf Course; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.

1:49 p.m. Female reported a two-vehicle accident near the Underpass; no injuries to the occupants; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

2:07 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5am Sunday.

3:35 p.m. Local MHP Trooper requested PCSO assistance with a traffic stop on Hwy 191 south of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

4:47 p.m. Local MHP Trooper transported one adult male, Norman Bell, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI-1st charges.

5:26 p.m. Male reported an erratic vehicle on Hwy 2, eastbound; information passed onto Valley Co SO.

6:35 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on a male; Deputy responded to the call; male not located.

9:30 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory is canceled.

February 9, 2020

9:16 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance to pick up the flight crew, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

9:27 p.m. Deputy released one adult male, Norman Bell, from PCSO Jail on bond; given Notice to Appear in Justice Court.

February 10, 2020

8:32 a.m. Oversized Load Company reported they would be transporting through Phillips Co today.

11:17 a.m. Undersheriff released one adult female, Ethel Phillips, from PCSO Jail on bond.

11:40 a.m. Female requested a welfare check on a local male; Sheriff and Undersheriff responded to the call; male located and was okay.

1:16 p.m. Female reported suspicious vehicles parked for an extended amount of time at night near a residential/business district; information passed onto Deputies.

February 11, 2020

3:06 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 6pm tonight until 11am Wednesday for southwest Phillips Co.

8:50 a.m. Oversized Load Company reported they would be transporting through Phillips Co today via Hwy 191 and Route 66.

8:58 a.m. Male reported a dead deer on Hwy 2, east of Malta; Undersheriff responded to the call and removed the deer.

9:22 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 6pm tonight until 11am Wednesday for southwest Phillips Co.

1:03 p.m. Male reported an individual on Hwy 191, south of Malta; Undersheriff responded to the call; individual found to be trying to get to Glasgow.

4:15 p.m. Billings PD reported they recovered a pair of license plates that were stolen and reported to PCSO a couple of years ago; Undersheriff handled the call.

5:53 p.m. Local apartment complex manager reported individuals having a “party” in several of the apartments; caller advised they were not causing problems at this time; Deputies patrolled the area for the night.

6:28 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the PC Courthouse for training.

7:27 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 11am Wednesday for southwest Phillips Co.

9:20 p.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Malta area.

February 12, 2020

1:51 a.m. Burnsville PD ND requested PCSO assistance with locating a registered owner of a vehicle that had burned in their jurisdiction; Deputy responded to the call; registered owner and address found to be fraudulent and did not exist in Phillips Co.

3:17 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory in effect until 11am Wednesday for all of Phillips Co.

8:38 a.m. Male reported a business had been broken into in Dodson; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

8:49 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory is canceled for southwest Phillips Co; Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 11am Wednesday.

2:27 p.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 11am Wednesday.

9:43 p.m. Deputies performed building security checks in the Dodson area.

9:59 p.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Malta area.

February 13, 2020

2:31 a.m. Female requested a welfare check on a local male; Deputies responded to the call; male found to be okay.

3:09 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 11am today.

9:30 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance to pick up the flight crew, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

10:09 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory is canceled.

2:12 p.m. 911 received requesting a lift assist at a local residence; local EMT Crew handled the call.

2:40 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a parenting plan issue; Deputy handled the call.

4:18 p.m. Female reported seeing smoke coming from a neighboring ranch; caller advised was a reported controlled burn.

7:34 p.m. Female reported a possibly stolen vehicle that may be in the Zortman area; information had been passed onto Ft Belknap LE already; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle not located.

February 14, 2020

12:42 a.m. Deputies performed building security checks in the Dodson area.

6:37 a.m. Male reported a vehicle/deer accident on Hwy 2, east of Malta; deer was still alive; Deputy responded to the call; caller later reported the vehicle left the scene and the deer was dead.

2:36 p.m. Female reported a vehicle had slid into the ditch on Hwy 191 south, no injuries to the occupant, just needed a tow truck; caller given local wrecker information; local MHP Trooper also responded to the call; MT Dept of Transportation advised of the icy roads and sent sanding trucks out.

2:57 p.m. 911 received requesting a male be removed from a Dodson residence; Deputies responded to the call; male removed without further incident and taken to another residence.

3:20 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for all of Phillips Co until 415pm; wind gusts of 50-55mph are possible with the storm going through.

7:05 p.m. Female reported a neighbor’s dog barking; Deputies handled the call.

9:27 p.m. 911 received reporting an assault on a juvenile at the Dodson School; Sheriff, Deputy, local MHP Trooper and a Ft Belknap DFS caseworker responded to the call; case file started.

10:01 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance at a residence in Landusky; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

10:16 p.m. Sheriff transported one juvenile to Ft Belknap to meet up with the DFS caseworker; juvenile later transported to Cascade Co Youth Detention Center to serve time on an Assault charge.

11:29 p.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Dodson area.

11:48 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on two individuals in a parking lot in the downtown area; Deputy and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; individuals found to be okay.

February 15, 2020

12:37 a.m. Male reported a suspicious vehicle, with lights on, parked in his driveway; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

12:49 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Nolan Werk, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Disorderly Conduct charges.

4:43 a.m. Sheriff performed building security checks in the Dodson area.

8:32 a.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle and trailer driving recklessly on Hwy 2, eastbound from the Hinsdale area; call transferred to Valley Co SO.

10:35 a.m. Deputy released one adult male, Nolan Werk, from PCSO Jail on bond; given a Notice to Appear in JP Court.

3:00 p.m. Valley Co Detention Center released one adult male, Timothy Jackson, from their facility on time served.

3:24 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for the caller who had a dislocated hip; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

6:10 p.m. Local EMT Crew reported to the airport to pick up the flight crew, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient.

8:55 p.m. Anonymous reported a vehicle speeding around the Dodson area; Deputy and local MHP Trooper handled the call.

11:02 p.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Dodson area.

February 16, 2020

6:50 a.m. Female reported a vehicle blocking the caller’s driveway; Undersheriff responded to the call; driver located and advised they were having mechanical issues; vehicle later removed from the location.

6:17 p.m. Female reported a deer that had been hit and was still alive; Deputy responded to the call; deer located and humanely euthanized.

February 17, 2020

11:47 a.m. Female reported a NorthWestern Energy phone scam.

1:50 p.m. Malta School requested PCSO assistance with a situation involving a student; Undersheriff responded to the call; juvenile located and was okay.

5:19 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male having a possible allergic reaction and trouble breathing; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

9:23 p.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Saco area.

10:14 p.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Dodson area.

February 18, 2020

11:55 a.m. Reserve Deputy transported one PCSO inmate from Valley Co Detention Center to a Billings hospital for a medical appointment; male transported back to Valley Co the following day.

10:51 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male with an unknown medical problem; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

1:45 p.m. Wind Chill Advisory in effect from 8pm tonight until 11am Wednesday for northern Phillips Co.

1:48 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

6:17 p.m. Deputy took custody of a juvenile inmate from Cascade Co Detention Center and transported this individual to Ft Belknap to transfer custody to them.

7:07 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a possible Protection Order Violation; Deputy and Reserve Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

8:04 p.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 11am Wednesday for northern Phillips Co.

10:21 p.m. Deputies performed building security checks in the Saco area.

February 19, 2020

2:50 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 11am today for northern Phillips Co.
