Malta construction updates with David Veseth March 18, 2020

One thing I watched last Monday was the placement of pipes by workers in the new National Guard Armory building being built in Malta. When I was inside the new armory building, I also watched workers do some welding work and install some new windows.

Today I will be attending the open house at the grand re-opening of the MOI building in Malta across the street from Albertsons. This is where I also work, folding laundry.

One thing that I noticed that is unusual for February and March is that it seems the snow has been going away quicker but it is also supposed to snow this weekend. Next Thursday, March 19, will be the first day of spring so hopefully, it will start getting warmer and workers can start outside projects.

This week, I will be making ginger pumpkin pie with streusel to sell at the Harlem Seed Show. I will be attending the event with my family and we attend that event every year. Last year, I made the same dessert and sold all of the two pies I made. This year I will be making three pies for sale.
