P.C. schools close, events canceled during COVID-19 state of emergency

Though Phillips County Public Schools where already well on their way to being proactive where the COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus is concerned, Montana Governor Steve Bullock announced Sunday evening that all Montana schools, grades 6-through-12, are to shutdown for the next two weeks.

“Executive Orders 2-2020 and 3-2020 declare that a state of emergency exists in Montana due to the global outbreak of COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus,” reads a letter from Gov. Bullock to the people of Montana.
