The P.C. Board of Health approves COVID-19 Emergency Declaration

The Phillips County Board of Health passed and approved an Emergency Declaration in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and emailed it to PCN on Thursday, March 19, affirming that there are no known virus cases in the county and that testing has occurred and medical quarantines have been mandated.
