Business Manager / District Clerk

Dodson Public Schools is seeking to fill the position of Business Manager / District Clerk beginning with the 2020-2021 school year. The district is seeking an individual with an emphasis first on high character and one who understands how to contribute to a positive work culture and work environment on a daily basis.

This position requires being a self-starter with high organizational skills. Experience working with accounting software is required. The successful candidate will work independently with very little supervision. This position is responsible for the school district payroll and administering the school district budget with direction from the superintendent and school board of trustees.

This position is eight hours per day four days per week and will begin in the fall of the 2020-2021 school year. Salary and benefits are dependent upon experience. Ongoing training will be available daily with accessibility to training throughout the school year as needed.
