Dodson veterans will organize Legion post

Dodson veterans of World Wars I and II have made an application for a charter for a post of American Legion to be known as the "Gung Ho" post.

The application for a charter was signed by 14 veterans of the two wars. The new post will be the third in Phillips County, Saco also having a comparatively new post.

Grade School kids have successful sports day

The grade school children of Malta, South Wagner, and other various rural schools had a big-time last Friday at the annual Sports Day, sponsored by the Malta Commercial Club...
