Dodson Speedway held first race of 2020

On Saturday, June 13, the Dodson Speedway was open as the sights and sounds of AMX racing were seen and heard around the Fairgrounds.

The event drew a larger crowd than normal according to Dodson AMX Racing President Keith Cowan and several other locals. There was a total of 12 cars.

"For it being the first event of the year, and dealing with everything that we have had to deal with throughout the last few months, I think it's going good," Cowan told the PCN. "We have a fair amount of drivers and cars."
