PC 4-H clubs kick-off 105th County Fair


Brett Wiebe, 17, makes yet another appearance at the Milk River Pavilion for 4-H and the unofficial start of the Phillips County Fair.

Bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, children from the various Phillips County 4-H clubs converged on the Milk River Pavilion on Saturday and Sunday morning, kicking off the early events of the 105th Phillips County Fair.

Kayden Green, 11, was at the Pavilion bright and early for the horse shows on Saturday. He said this year marks the fifth that he has been in 4-H, competition in the horse show for three of those year. This year he was riding his horse, Red.

"The best I did here was two years ago when I took Judge's Choice," Green said. "My first year I also got Judges choice, but I am not sure...
