DISPOSITION OF OBSOLETE AND UNDESIRABLE PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given as required by Section 20-6-604, MCA, the Board of Trustees of Malta School District 14A adopted a resolution at a special trustee meeting on August 27, 2020 to dispose of abandoned, obsolete, unsuitable and undesirable property of minimal value, specifically a 2000 Thomas Activity Bus. The sale will be held by sealed bid with a minimum bid of $2,000. Bids must be received no later than 5:00 PM on September 23, 2020.
