Lang credits education for success

December 9, 2020

Malta High School Graduate (Class of 1993) Micah Lang was recently featured in Business Insider.

It all started with a great Education.

When Malta's Micah Lang, MHS Class of '93 called the PC News desk last week to share some exciting business news, I had a hunch it would be pretty impressive. After all, we were classmates at the very best schools, starting with St. Mary's Parochial and Malta High School.

Granted, Lang went onto earn degrees from Gonzaga University and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, but we agreed that it all started at with "the grit" it took to get through the rigors of St. Mary's. Success starts with strong knuckles, beautiful penmanship, and the ability to walk up and down stairs correctly (there IS a wrong way, just ask Kevin Lundstrom).

"I am forever a "Mustang!" Or, #3MCompany, as I like to say. I was able watch Malta play Manhattan in football a month ago", Lang said. "It wasn't the result we wanted, but it was great to run into so many friends, classmates, and teammates at the game."

Lang is the son of Montana State senator Mike and Lorna Lang, and the very proud grandson of Madelyn Anderson, "She is almost 96 and sharp as they come!" and you could hear his grin through the phone. He lives in Denver, CO with son MacGregor, 14 and daughter Emmy, 11.

The following is a press release published by Business Wire.
