Concealed Weapon Permits:

New and renewal applications for Concealed Weapon Permits may be picked up at the Sheriff’s Office anytime. Once approved, you will be contacted to come in on Wednesday between 9 AM and noon for fingerprints and photographs.

9:57 a.m. Female requested an ambulance for a female with Covid-19 symptoms; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

10:20 a.m. Female reported an injured deer near her residence; information passed onto local Fish & Game Warden.

12:26 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

5:23 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male who was choking at a local residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

7:21 p.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Saco area.

10:33 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

11:54 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance for a female who was threatening suicide in the Zortman area; Deputies and Ft Belknap Officers responded to the call; case file started.

November 24, 2020

1:29 a.m. Deputies transported one adult female, Bobbi Heppner, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Partner/Family Member Assault charges.

3:30 a.m. Female requested an ambulance for herself as she advised she had Covid-19 symptoms; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

9:25 a.m. Male reported an IRS phone scam.

9:47 a.m. Male requested an ambulance for a female who had passed out in a local business; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

11:03 a.m. Female requested an ambulance for a female with Covid-19 symptoms; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

12:48 p.m. Male reported a deer on Hwy 191 north in the middle of the Hwy; Deputy responded to the call; deer was deceased and removed from Hwy 191.

1:39 p.m. Deputy released one adult female, Bobbi Heppner, from PCSO Jail on own recognizance.

7:15 p.m. Female reported a vehicle/deer accident near the PC Museum; Deputy responded to the call; no damage to the vehicle or the deer.

November 25, 2020

12:24 a.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Malta area.

1:35 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

2:06 p.m. Female filed a written complaint about a vehicle swerving at her vehicle on Hwy 191 north; Deputy handled the call.

3:11 p.m. Female requested law enforcement to remove another female from the caller’s residence in Landusky; Deputy, local MHP Trooper and Trainee responded to the call; case file started.

3:30 p.m. Male reported a non-injury fender/bender in the downtown area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

4:20 p.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance for a male with Alzheimer’s and he was being belligerent at a local residence; Deputies responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

4:28 p.m. Local EMT Crew reported to the Ft Belknap Hospital to transport a patient from that hospital back to their residence in Wagner.

5:14 p.m. Female requested law enforcement for a family member who passed away; Deputy responded to the call; coroner case file started.

5:16 p.m. Deputy transported one adult female, Bobbi Heppner, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Partner/Family Member Assault and Violation of a No Contact Order charges.

5:58 p.m. Deputy reported a disabled vehicle on Hwy 191 south and individuals were there and were going to tow the vehicle to town.

6:13 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle/deer accident west of the Wagner turnoff on Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

8:14 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle/deer accident near the Dairy Queen; local MHP Trooper and Trainee responded to the call and handled the crash.

8:20 p.m. Female reported a male walking on Hwy 191 south of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; male located and given a ride to a residence in Malta.

9:12 p.m. Local MHP Troopers requested PCSO assistance on a traffic stop on Hwy 191 north/Hwy 2; Deputy handled the call.

9:35 p.m. Local MHP Troopers transported one adult female, Jamie Smith, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Driving While Suspended and No Insurance charges

November 26, 2020

5:30 p.m. Male reported suspicious activity involving a laser light and a vehicle driving around town “hitting things/people with the light”; local MHP Trooper and trainee responded to the call; vehicle not located.

6:11 p.m. Female reported trespassers to her property off of Hwy 363; Deputy, local MHP Trooper and trainee responded to the call; vehicle and driver located; situation taken care of without further incident.

November 27, 2020

10:46 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

2:57 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male who could not walk at a Dodson residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

3:03 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female who passed out at a local residence; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital; patient later passed away; coroner case file started.

4:21 p.m. Male reported an erratic vehicle driving on Hwy 191 south, near the Missouri River bridge; information passed onto Fergus Co SO.

5:55 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male having trouble breathing, possibly due to Covid-19; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

8:54 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

November 28, 2020

6:37 a.m. Female reported seeing a small flame and smelled electrical burning near a local residence; owner located and advised all was okay, they had burned in their burn pit the day before.

9:40 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a male victim in an assault situation at a local apartment; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

9:58 a.m. Deputy transported one adult female, Mikaeya Runsabove, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Partner/Family Member Assault charges.

11:25 a.m. Reserve Deputy reported a low hanging power line in Saco; NorthWestern Energy handled the call.

3:32 p.m. Female reported an injured deer on Hwy 363; Deputy responded to the call; deer located and humanely euthanized.

9:27 p.m. Male requested a welfare check on individuals inside a vehicle that has been running for an extended amount of time north of Saco; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, individuals were watching videos.

November 29, 2020

4:41 p.m. Female reported a vehicle/deer accident with no damage to the vehicle; information passed onto Undersheriff.

4:59 p.m. Reserve Deputy performed building security checks in the Saco area.

9:54 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance west of Dodson for a female with a medication reaction; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

10:49 p.m. Female reported a suspicious vehicle parked at an apartment complex; female later reported occupants were staying with family there and all was okay.

November 30, 2020

9:52 a.m. Male reported a vehicle/deer accident west of Dodson; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

11:03 a.m. Ft Belknap Hospital requested an ambulance for a female with possible Covid-19 at a Wagner residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient not transported to the hospital.

11:20 a.m. Local business reported a window had been shot; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

12:24 p.m. Male reported a female trespassing to his residence; Undersheriff and Reserve Deputy responded to the call; female left the residence without further incident.

12:45 p.m. Male reported a vehicle driving well in excess of the speed limit on Hwy 2, east bound from Malta; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and driver cited.

1:17 p.m. Female reported theft of property by a known male; Undersheriff responded to the call; situation found to be a civil matter and the caller needed to speak to the Justice of the Peace.

3:12 p.m. Female reported a phone scam.

10:32 p.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Malta area.

December 1, 2020

8:15 a.m. Male given a food voucher through Ministerial Assistance.

8:35 a.m. Female requested assistance for a family member who was suicidal; Undersheriff responded to the call; female located and was okay.

11:22 p.m. MHP Trooper and trainee requested PCSO assistance with a DUI traffic stop west of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

December 2, 2020

12:04 a.m. MHP Trooper and trainee transported one adult male, William Decelles, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Aggravated DUI-1st charges.

12:04 p.m. Male reported a female trespassing to his property and she was advised to stay away; just wanted it reported.

2:36 p.m. Male reported an injured deer on Hwy 191 south near the golf course; Undersheriff responded to the call; deer was already deceased.

4:09 p.m. Female reported juveniles without coats or shoes on near an apartment complex; Undersheriff responded to the call; juveniles not located.
