To be sold for cash at a Trustee’s Sale on March 24, 2021, at 11:00 AM at the front steps of the Phillips County Courthouse located at 314 South 2nd Avenue West, Malta, MT 59538, the following described real property situated in Phillips County, State of Montana:

Lots 31, 32, the West 1/2 of Lot 30 and the East 7 1/2 feet of Lot 33 in Block 1 of Cosner’s Second Addition to Malta, Phillips County, Montana, according to the official recorded plat thereof.
