One Nation, Under God

Senior News for February 10, 2021

The members of Malta Senior Center are planning a St. Paddy’s soup dinner in March if circumstances allow.

The center hasn’t had a dinner since last March when it hosted the Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner amid a spring snow storm.

It was announced there was no Shanghai rummy at this time but would be looked into the future. Bingo will resume on Fridays at 1:00 p.m. at the center so get your dimes ready as bingo starts this Friday, January 29th.

In other news, the center will present Marlyn Orahood with a plant and card in thanks for her many years as serving as board member at the center. Kari Hould was elected to serve in Orahood’s place.

The next meeting is February 17, 2021 at 9 a.m. at the center and meetings are open to the public.
