Barbara Louise Richard, 79, of Andover, Kansas died Friday, November 8th, 2020, of natural causes. Barbara was the daughter of Edward and Lona Fiske who ranched in southern Montana and went to a small country school near Vida, MT thru the 6th grade and graduated from Circle High School in MT.
