To the Editor and Staff of the Phillips County News
I am taking this opportunity to recognize the Phillips County News, past and present, and its contribution to my understanding of early 20th Century life on the Northern Great Plains.
Born in San Diego the week World War II ended, I remain a Californian. But my roots are in Montana where both my parents were born and grew up.
