One Nation, Under God
News Item- Little Miss Gray Simanton celebrated her 4th birthday on Sunday March 14th, with a party at her home. Those attending the event were: Mr. Stan Simanton, Mr. & Mrs. Ron Hanson, Mr. & Mrs. Doug Simanton, Mr. & Mrs. Nolan Simanton and family, Mr. & Mrs. Trey Simanton and family, Mr. & Mrs. Lindy Neilson and family, Mr. & Mrs. Allie Olson, great grandmas Clarice Stahl, and Marjorie Olson. Gray said “It was a wonderful day!” (This was submitted by Marjorie Olson.)
Since basketball season is over, other sports are beginning “track.” It is hard to believe there is only 2 months of school left in Whitewater. This week, Lou Bessell took me to Billings. I had an appointment, and visited my sister, Janet Brown. It was good to see her for a wonderful time and visit. Some stores are opening up for business. Billings was hit by the virus really hard before. There are many retirement homes in Billings. The one Janet lives in is very beautiful and nice. The name is Aspen View.
Personally, I prefer our Whitewater to living in Billings. Returning home, the prairie land was dry clear from Billings to Whitewater. We all pray for rain. A note for Whitewater parents of pre school children. There will be a screening for pre-school children at Whitewater School on Tuesday March 30th. Call Health Department for school info. The Geese are honking on Whitewater Creek. The birds are back and are singing! It is spring! Early Happy Easter!
