PETITION FOR AUTO GATE
At a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, a petition signed by several
residents and taxpayers of PHILLIPS COUNTY was presented to the Board requesting
An AUTO GATE to be placed at the following locations:
Township 36 North, Range 30 East Located in the Southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 2
A by-pass gate must be provided for trailing cattle or moving machinery when necessary.
A hearing will be held on said petition on Monday July 26, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Room at the Phillips County Courthouse, at which time anyone may appear either for or against the said petition.

The Malta School Board of Trustees will meet August 9, 2021 at 7:00pm in the Board room of the Malta High/Middle School for the purpose of considering and adopting the Final Budget for Malta K-12 School District 14A. The meeting of the Trustees may be continued from day to day until the final adoption of the District’s Budget. Any taxpayer in the District may attend the meeting and be heard for or against any part of the budget. This notice is given per the requirements of MCA 20-9-115.

An audit of the affairs of the Whitewater Public School, Whitewater, Montana, has been conducted by Denning, Downey and Associates CPA’s. The audit covered the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020.

RESOLUTION REGARDING PROPERTY ABANDONED, OBSOLETE, UNDESIRABLE OR UNSUITABLE FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES OF THE DISTRICT
The Trustees of School District No. 12 A & B have determined that the following real and personal property of the district, located at 321 Hwy 243, Saco, Montana, is obsolete, unsuitable or not needed any longer for school purposes of School District No. 12 A & B.

As provided in § 20-6-604, MCA, the Trustees of School District No. 12 A & B hereby resolve to sell or dispose of the property identified above.
The Trustees of School District No 12 A & B further resolve that notices of the resolution shall be published on July 21, 2021 and July 28, 2021, in the Phillips County News newspaper.
This resolution shall become effective 14 days after publication of the second notice identified in the immediately preceding paragraph, unless appealed to the district court by a taxpayer in compliance with and as provided in § 20-6-604, MCA.
