Miramon Jr. In Court, Changes Plea to Guilty

Ernest Miramon Jr. appeared in court at 2 p.m. on Monday, September 20, to accept a plea agreement, and change his plea from not guilty to guilty.

Judge Yvonne Laird, in Blaine County, called the courtroom to order. Both the prosecution lawyers, with the primary attorney being Dan O'Brien, and the defendant, along with his attorney, Paul Neal, were present via video from Glasgow.

Judge Laird asked the defendant if he understood his rights to a trial, and that by taking the plea agreement, he will forfeit those rights.
