Gramma Pat and Aunt Therese attended the birthday party for 4 year old Emmett Haynes, son of Stacey Haynes, at the Sleeping Buffalo Resort on Friday.

Cows and deer are moving about now, so be safe on roads this season. There are plenty of deer in the area but hunters should be mindful of land owners and ask permission to hunt. Remember everyone wear your orange.

Trax and Gray Simanton attended the Halloween kids rodeo in Malta on Sunday. Blake and Whit Ozark, Royce Strobbe, Rowdy and Ridge Beil also particiapted. All kids came away with prize money and treats.
