P.C. Library talks about Montana Library to Go Application

The Phillips County Library has been having some issues with the MontanaLibrary2Go.org app.

The company that the ebooks and audiobooks is purchased from; Overdrive, has been making some updates to its program.

Overdrive would like all users to update to the Libby by Overdrive app. It is still free and the company will quit supporting the original Overdrive app.

One change that was made recently is a different configuration for the library card numbers.

All of the library cards will have to have a minimum of 5 (five) digits.

To fulfill this requirement, the program has added 0’s (zeros) to the front of our card numbers.

For example, if your number was originally three digits, ### it is now 00###.

When the Libby app asks to verify your card number just type it in with the necessary number of zeros in front and it will give you a new card to check your items out on.

If you haven’t used the Montana Library 2 Go before or checked it out lately, the consortium has added magazines, Method Test Prep, The Great Courses Library Collection, and Universal Class - a collection of 500 + online classes.

All you need is your card number from the Phillips County Library.
