HLRC receives $10,000 grant from PCCF

The Phillips County Community Foundation (PCCF) recently secured Covid-19 Funds for Rural Resiliency in the amount of $8800 through the Montana Community Foundation and regranted funds to benefit HiLine Retirement Center in Malta. PCCF contributed an additional $1200 to make a total grant award of $10,000.
