One Nation, Under God

Whitewater News & Opinion for Wednesday, January 26, 2022

Sympathy to all having plumbing and or water problems.

January 15, was Martin Luther King’s birthday. I saw a documentary that said he was the greatest civil rights leader of all times.

In Whitewater and most of Montana we do not have any racial prejudice as we do not have any people of color. I do not understand problems they have down south. We are all created equal.

Congratulations to all basketball teams. This includes our own Whitewater Penguins / Mavericks. Also shout out to Malta Mustangs players Jon and Seth Siewing. Another shout out to Sophia Stiles, a former Whitewater resident. Sophia plays college basketball and is a star player.

Jeanie Green went to her grandkids' basketball games in Glasgow. Julie Cole went too.

Here in Whitewater, like much of Montana, weather is extremely changeable. Yesterday was beautiful, 40 degrees and sunny. Today is so cold with high winds. Think Spring!

My favorite dog got a new igloo, an insulated doghouse. Hope he likes it!

Keep Warm!

Helen A.
