One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for Wednesday, March 16, 2022

Polly Solberg and Dora Henry went to the Harlem Seed Show on Saturday. There was quite a bit of art and lots of beautiful quilts but not too many other booths and exhibits. Some said there was a good car show down on the end at the shop but we did not walk down there.

There was a school for Election Judges at the courthouse on Thursday and it had a full class. It was conducted by Lynnel LaBrie and Lori Lundstrom.

The weather keeps its up and down travel, we have been getting enough sun and wind that it is showing quite a bit of bare ground again but night temperatures are still quite cold. Thursday it was very slushy and had water standing around.

I hope everyone remembered to jump their clocks ahead on Sunday. Sometimes it is hard to remember we have so many clocks on different appliances till we have to run around setting them.

Condolences are sent to the families of Lois Bruckner and Jerome DePute who passed away this week. They were both well known in the community.

Congratulations to Carol Kienenberger and all others having a birthday this week and to all celebrating an anniversary.

True wealth is not so much having talent, ambition and a bit of luck, as it is having lots of money.

Have a good week!!
