The Malta Irrigation District will accept sealed proposals at the office of Malta Irrigation District until 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, for the purchase of:

One (1) 1996 GMC 2.5 Ton Dump Truck.

One (1) Table Saw.

Items will be sold in an as-is condition. Items can be seen at Malta Irrigation District headquarters at 509 South 3rd Street East, Malta, MT. Questions, contact Russ Brookie at 654-7384. Malta Irrigation District reserves the right to refuse any or all bids. The attached notice is to inform you Century Companies, Inc (PO Box 579 Lewistown, MT 59457 (406) 535-1200), has applied for a permit to mine sand and gravel. Century Companies, Inc intends to remove approximately 500,000 cubic yards of material from a 31-acre site located in Sections 12 & 13, T32N R33E, PMM, Phillips County, MT. Processing equipment includes a crusher and an asphalt plant. Hours of operation will be 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Access to the mine will be off Stahl Road.
