I am finally able to put my feet up after work!

So, we did a thing the other day….

I’m not talking about marriage. I am talking about something that has been in my life just as long as I have been married. My old couch set.

The other day, Susan and I replaced our old couch/love seat set.

Honestly, it took me a long time to like that couch. It was not comfortable at first. It did not recline, so the naps were often painful, and sitting on it too long encouraged me to get up and take a lap around the house.

I disliked that couch for years, but when it came down to it, that couch was always there when we needed a spot to binge-watch TV...
