One Nation, Under God

Loring News for Wednesday, September 28, 2022

What a perfect way for fall to begin! Temps in the 70s, a little breezy, had rain showers one day, night skies are fairly clear. I’ve seen quite a few migratory birds this week. Geese, yellow rumped warblers, goldfinches, lots of hawks, a couple of eagles, bald and golden.

Cindy Clark and I went down to Slippery Ann to view the elk bugling. We saw four bulls and about fifty cows and young ones. We went in the middle of the week so not so many people. An added bonus, we got to see about 15 turkeys!

Congratulations to Jerry and Gloria Salveson on their anniversary! Pete and Carol Lumsden...
