One Nation, Under God

Phillips County Historical Society's Christmas Festival Coming Soon!

It is a true story! The Phillips County Historical Society's good old fashioned Christmas Festival is back! Since 2004, the festival has been enjoyed (was covid hampered in 2020-21) BUT will once again be hosted entirely in-house at the Phillips County Museum. The festivities will begin on November 9 (deadline for entries) and culminate with a Christmas Social on the evening of December 1, 2022.

Organizations, businesses and individuals are invited and welcome to join in on the decorating competition. Silent and live auctions, bucket drawings, voting for favorite entries, entertainment and scrumptious refreshments await you.

"Christmas Memories" is the selected 2022 theme – memorial or memorable entries are being encouraged.

This year's Festival will offer a few changes from previous festivals...

1. The live auction will include a variety of selected unique entries and will not be limited to only trees, wreaths and swags.

2. The tree entries may vary in size but not be taller than 6 feet. If you so choose, miniature 3 foot trees and 30" wreaths may still be purchased by entrants at the Phillips County Museum. This year, you are NOT required to purchase your tree, wreath or swag at the Museum as in the past.

The Christmas Festival is the major fundraiser for the Phillips County Historical Society. We thank you for your past and present participation.

If you have questions, please contact the Phillips County Museum at 406-654-1037.
