Fort Peck Summer Theatre AUDITIONS at Glasgow Irle School February 19

Fort Peck Summer Theatre has roles open for actors of all ages this summer, specifically in Hank Williams, Murder on the Orient Express, Matilda and White Christmas. We are always thrilled to include many local actors in the cast of summer productions, especially young performers and there are lots of opportunities for the production of Matilda!

Kids (8-13 years of age): Auditions start at 11 am (sharp!). Auditioners will audition in a group at 11:00 am. A song will be taught and the group will sing, and then do the same with some lines and monologues.  Kids do not need to prepare anything specific, but we would highly recommend that they familiarize themselves with the soundtrack, music and story of Matilda. Students entering 3rd grade this summer are eligible to audition. 

Teenagers and Adults: 12:30 p.m .: Older Teenagers and Adults can come at 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. with the normal audition protocol:  Please prepare a cutting of a song and a monologue no longer than 1 minute each, and audition individually as normal.  It can be anything you think is appropriate for the show/roles they are interested. 

Upon being cast, rehearsals will occur three weeks prior to opening night of each play and typically take place on the weekends (10 a.m.-4 p.m.) and weekday evenings. Not all actors are called to every rehearsal, depending on the role.
