One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for Wednesday, April 5, 2023

More cold, wind, and snow on Sunday. Typical Spring Easter stormy weather but we've had enough. Please let us see some warmer weather for a while.

Dora Henry rode to Havre with son Bill on Tuesday for Doctor's appointment and rode home on Thursday with Polly Solberg and Vivian Bruckner. While there she went to Lenten services on Wednesday at First Lutheran---combined with the Messiah Lutheran. It was a very nice service.

I understand there were no trains running on Tuesday so Velyma’s daughter Anita and Polly's company from Minnesota had to stay over until Wednesday.

Birthday greetings go out to Leona Kienenberger and all others having a birthday this week, and congratulations to all having an anniversary. May you have many more!

We were sorry to hear that Leona Kienenberger and Kari Hould had both fallen and broke some bones. We wish you good luck in healing and no more falls and a speedy recovery.

PEACE: In international affairs, a period of cheating between two periods of fighting. WAR: God's way of teaching us geography.

Have a special week and a Happy, Happy Easter to you all.

Watch the ice--don't need any more falls.
