APPLICATION has been made by the City of Malta for a FLOODPLAIN PERMIT from

the City of Malta to construct a new sewage force main from Trafton Park Lift Station

under the Milk River to the Malta Wastewater Treatment Plant. Specifications for this

project can be viewed at Malta City Hall at 39 South 2nd Street East, Malta, Montana.

Public comment will be taken in support of and in opposition to this request for 15

calendar days from the date of this posting (August 22, 2024). Written testimony is
