Arthur Joins P.C. Sheriff's Office

The Phillips County Sheriff's Office recently welcomed the newest member of the staff of deputies, Jordan Arthur. Originally from Virginia, he moved to Billings at a young age and considers himself "from Billings". He has worked previously in the City of Deer Lodge for one year, in Pondera County for three years and in Dillon for one year. He has been a coroner for five years as well.
