September 25, 2014

5:51 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female having back pain; local EMT Crew responded to the location; patient transported to the hospital.

8:11 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male to Hill County Detention Center to be held on Aggravated Assault, and Assault with a Weapon charges.

September 26, 2014

6:10 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance for a possible assault in the Saco area; Deputy, local MHP Trooper and Saco EMT Crew responded to the location; case file started; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

7:32 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Assault charges.

11:33 a.m. Malta Middle School requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving juveniles; Deputy handled the call.

12:20 p.m. Malta School employee reported damage to a vehicle in the MHS parking lot; Deputy responded to the location; case file started.

2:06 p.m. Local MHP Trooper requested PCSO assistance with a traffic stop, on Hwy 2, in Dodson; Deputy responded to the location; case file started.

2:23 p.m. Male released from PCSO Jail on bond paid.

3:10 p.m. Deputy transported one adult female, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on a MHP warrant; later released on bond paid.

6:31 p.m. Female reported two individuals harassing her; Deputy handled the call.

7:09 p.m. Deputy reported a hit and run to a parked vehicle on Central Ave; case file started.

September 27, 2014

10:08 a.m. 911 received reporting a male walking on Hwy 191, near the Fred Robinson Bridge; appeared to be out of fuel for vehicle; information passed onto CMR Officer.

12:29 p.m. Local MHP Trooper transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated on Driving While Suspended charges.

1:12 p.m. Several calls received regarding the black smoke north of Malta; all callers advised was a reported and controlled burn.

1:27 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect until midnight.

8:04 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible DUI near Westside; Deputies responded to the location; case file started.

8:43 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

8:45 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI charges.

9:51 p.m. Valley Co SO reported a possible DUI westbound from Valley Co; information passed onto Deputies; vehicle not located in Phillips Co.

10:25 p.m. Ft Belknap LE requested PCSO assistance with locating missing hunters in the Little Rockies area; Deputies, local Border Patrol Agents, and EMT Crew responded to the area; hunters later located and found to be okay.

10:50 p.m. Female reported a suspicious vehicle near a local tavern; vehicle later left after report was received.

11:04 p.m. Female reported possible vandalism to a vehicle in a downtown parking lot; Deputy handled the call.

September 28, 2014

1:13 a.m. Male reported an individual had thrown a beer bottle at his vehicle and dented it, in the downtown area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

1:05 p.m. Female reported an individual, who shouldn’t be driving, keeps starting the vehicle he is sitting in; Undersheriff handled the call.

1:19 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

2:01 p.m. Female reported another female trespassing on her property; Undersheriff responded to the location; situation taken care of without further incident.

September 29, 2014

12:49 p.m. Female reported a missing dog.

3:02 p.m. Male released from PCSO Jail on time served.

4:40 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the games.

5:52 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle accident on Hwy 2, west of the Wagner turnoff; no reported injuries to the driver; Deputy and MHP Trooper responded to the location; case file started.

7:11 p.m. Deputy requested a wrecker for one of the vehicles involved in the above accident; local rotational wrecker service responded to the location.

9:00 p.m. Individuals reported a goat following them around town; tried to leave it at the residence it belonged to and it would not stay there; owner located and goat returned.

September 30, 2014

9:08 a.m. Dodson School employee requested PCSO assistance for a situation involving a juvenile; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

9:10 a.m. Female reported a possible scam.

10:26 a.m. Female reported a missing dog.

10:33 a.m. PC Justice Court requested law enforcement assistance in the JP Courtroom; Sheriff responded to the call; one adult male incarcerated in PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.

10:35 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance at a residence on the north side of town for an on-going civil dispute; Undersheriff handled the call.

12:12 p.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance at a residence on the north side of town for an on-going civil dispute; Undersheriff handled the call.

2:28 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday.

4:34 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time on sentencing.

5:12 p.m. Deputy reported a disabled vehicle west of Hinsdale; information passed onto Valley Co.

October 1, 2014

3:04 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday.

6:46 a.m. Female reported suspicious activity near the Dinosaur Museum; Undersheriff responded to the call; no individuals located in the area.

8:32 a.m. Male reported theft of medication; Undersheriff responded to the call; medication later located by the caller.

12:12 p.m. Male requested assistance with individuals staying in a residence north of Saco; Deputy handled the call.

2:40 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9 p.m. Thursday.

7:05 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible elk poaching near the Slippery Ann viewing area on CMR; information passed onto CMR Officer and local Fish & Game Warden; CMR Officer located and arrested the individual and elk was confiscated as evidence.

October 2, 2014

1:46 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

3:40 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9 p.m. tonight.

8:01 a.m. Male reported a disabled vehicle in the Underpass; Sheriff responded to the call; vehicle was removed without further incident.

9:15 a.m. Local business reported a suspicious vehicle in their parking lot; Sheriff responded to the location; owner located and removed the vehicle from the location.

10:26 a.m. Lifeline requested assistance for an elderly female who had fallen at a local residence; local EMT Crew responded to the location; patient not transported to the hospital.

12:44 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance at a residence on the north side of town for an on-going civil dispute; Deputy and Sheriff responded to the location; situation handled for the time being.

1:05 p.m. Male brought in found property; Deputy handled the call.

1:31 p.m. 911 received reporting a possibly intoxicated driver, westbound, on Hwy 2; Sheriff responded to the call; vehicle not located.

2:27 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9 p.m..

2:37 p.m. 911 received requesting medical and law enforcement assistance at a residence on the reservation; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

5:47 p.m. Saco tavern requested assistance with an intoxicated patron who was trying to drive; Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

6:14 p.m. Deputy reported a disabled vehicle on Hwy 2, west of Saco; all found to be okay, no one was around the vehicle and it was off the roadway.

8:52 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory will expire at 9 p.m..

11:42 p.m. Individual reported an altercation between two individuals outside of a local tavern; Deputies responded to the location; situation taken care of without further incident.

October 3, 2014

12:48 p.m. 911 received reporting a suspicious vehicle following the caller on Hwy 2, near Saco; information passed onto Deputy and local MHP Trooper; vehicle not located.

4:37 p.m. Male reported an excessively speeding vehicle, westbound towards Malta; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and driver advised.

4:41 p.m. Female filed a written complaint regarding a violation of a parenting plan; Deputy handled the call.

FOUND. We had a chainsaw and some tools found in Malta and turned in to our office. There are no owner’s names or other information on the items. that if anyone is missing these items, they come in or call the Sheriff’s Office and can describe the items, we will return them to the rightful owners.
