Veterans’ Van Drivers

Needed. Volunteer Drivers are needed for the Veteran’s Van taking veterans to medical appointments. You do not have to be a veteran to drive. Contact Malcolm at 654-2840 for application or for more information.

American Heart 1st AID/CPR Instructor

Anyone interested in becoming an American Heart 1st AID/ CPR Instructor is encouraged to call Lori Abrahamson at the Phillips County Ambulance Service at 654-2336.

Grace Fellowship Summer Worship

The Grace Fellowship Summer Worship service will be held at 10 a.m. No summer Sunday School through Labor Day.

Good News Club

7-1. The Good News Club of Malta is hosting a booking reading, How to be a People Helper, at Crossroad Coffee Shop. On Wednesday, July lst at 8 p.m. We will read Chapter 7, Helping in Crisis. We believe that by getting support in our pain and listening to the pain of others we will find a reason to keep living.

PC Library Closed

7-3 thru 5. The Phillips County Library will be closed from Friday, July 3 thru Sunday, July 5 in observance of the 4th of July Weekend.

P.C. Museum closed

7-4. The Phillips County Museum will be closed for the July 4th holiday.

Malta City Office & Landfill

7-3&4. The Malta City Office will be closed on Friday, July 3 and the City Landfill will be closed on Saturday, July 4. Garbage collection will be delayed.

Malta Dirt Daubers

7-6. Malta Dirt Daubers will meet at 6:30 pm on Monday, July 6 at Toni Ziegler's home. We will car pool out to the farm of Kathy and Clair Waters for a program about gardening and dealing with wild life.

Whitewater Vacation Bible School

7-6 thru 10. The Vacation Bible School hosted by Whitewater Baptist Church will start on Monday, July 6 and run to Friday, July 10. There will also be Tent Revivals in the evenings at the Wishers Residents. Everyone welcome at all services.

Malta Kiwanis

7-7. Malta Kiwanis will meet Tues. July 7 at 6 pm at Westside Cafe. Ann and Jack Motichka will give a program about their recent trip to the Kiwanis International Convention in Indianapolis, IN.

Malta Trails

7-8. The monthly Malta Trails meeting will be held Wednesday, July 8th at 6 p.m. at Stretches.

MT Veteran Affairs

7-16. On Thursday, July 18, Judy or Steve, service officers for Montana Veteran Affairs, will be in Malta at the Phillips County Hospital Conference Room from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. If you would like to apply for benefits with the VA please come at the appointed time and bring a copy of you discharge/separation (DD214) papers with you.
