Grace Fellowship Worship

Grace Fellowship is beginning its fall and winter times of worship on Sunday, with Sunday School at 9:45 a.m. and church service at 11:00 a.m.

Malta Trails

9-9. The Malta Trails will be holding their monthly meeting on Wednesday, September 9 starting at 6 p.m. at Stretch’s.

PC Farm Bureau Meeting

9-9. The Phillips County Farm Bureau will hold a policy development meeting on Wednesday, September 9 starting at 6 p.m. in the library basement. Contact Tom DePuydt for further information at 674-5560.

Walleyes Meeting

9-10. The Malta Walleyes Unlimited will be holding their monthly meeting on Thursday, September 10 starting at 7 p.m. at Stretch’s.

Malta Community Blood Drive

9-10. There will be a Malta Community Blood Drive at Malta Lutheran Church on Thursday, September 10 from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. Visit http://www.redcrossblood.org and use sponsor code: malta or call the American Red Cross at 1-800-695-7258.

Biscuits and Gravy at Senior Citizen Center

9-12. On Saturday, September 12, a free will offering, biscuit and sausage gravy breakfast will be held at the Senior Citizen’s Center from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. All are welcome to attend.

Scandia Lutheran Church Service

9-13. Scandia Lutheran Church service will be held on Sunday, September 13 at 3 p.m. A potluck will be held following the service. Please bring something to eat, drink, your plate, utensils and a chair. In case of bad weather, services will be rescheduled for September 90 at 3 p.m. If you need a ride, please call the church at 654-1434.

Chair Exercise Classes

Starting 9-14. Chair exercise classes begin at the Senior Center Sept. 14 at 10-11 a.m. every Monday unless it is a holiday. Contact Sharon Kindle at 654-4283. Anyone is welcome to attend. There will be a fee for each session.

Olympians at Grace

9-13. The Olympian program begins Wednesday,September 9 from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Grace Fellowship Church. We are going to begin with our Family Dinner night beginning at 5:30 p.m. As usual, Bus #2 will be transporting kids to the church on Wednesday afternoon. Join us for a wonderful night of growing in Christ.

9-14. The Phillips County Farm Bureau will hold it’s 1st Annual Meeting and Member Meal on Monday, September 14 at 6 p.m. in the GN Lodge Room. Contact Tom DePuydt for further information at 674-5560.

Malta Dirt Daubers

9-14. Malta Dirt Daubers will meet on Monday, September 14, at 11:30 a.m. for a no host lunch at Westside Restaurant. Expert gardener Carol Works will give a presentation on the planting and care of fall bulbs. Public is welcome to the meeting and program.

Malta Kiwanis

9-15. Note to Malta Kiwanis. The Tuesday, September 15, meeting at 6 p.m. will be held at MHS science room. There will be a power point program concerning youth protection information.

Saco Grandparents/ Special Person Day Breakfast

On Wednesday, September 16, Saco School is hosting the Grandparents/Special Persons Day Breakfast in the cafeteria. Breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. with a short program to follow.

MT Veteran Affairs

9-17. On Thursday, September 17, Judy or Steve, service officers for Montana Veteran Affairs, will be in their new location at Malta City Hall from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. If you would like to apply for benefits with the VA please come at the appointed time and bring a copy of your discharge/separation (DD214) papers with you.
