DISPOSITION OF OBSOLETE AND UNDESIRABLE PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given as required by Section 20-6-604, MCA, the Board of Trustees of Malta School District 14A adopted a resolution at a regular trustee meeting on September 9, 2015 to dispose of abandoned, obsolete, unsuitable and undesirable property of minimal value, including but not limited to various tools, computer equipment, office equipment and office furniture. The sale will be held at the back of the Head Start Building (also known as the old Country Home) located at 117 S 9th St W. The date of the sale is set for October 28, 2015 from

9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

For more information you may phone the school office at 654-1871. Any taxpayer of the district may appeal this resolution to district court anytime prior to the effective date of this resolution. If you are interested in purchasing any of these items, please come to the Head Start Building on October 28, 2015 to view the items and offer a purchase price. The effective day of the resolution will be October 7, 2015.
