Notice is given pursuant to 76-15-701 and -702, MCA, that the Phillips Conservation District supervisors will take action on their intent to order a referendum on proposed ordinance number 2016-1 for protection of water and soil from wild, free roaming or domestic bison grazing in Phillips Conservation District.
