Kiwanis sets up Little Free Library Booth

Malta Kiwanis are happy to announce that they recently became part of the national program known as the Little Free Library.

Throughout Montana Kiwanis Clubs have joined in this special program to encourage reading for everybody. There are over 100,000 Little Free Library projects set up and one is now located near Patty's Greenhouse and Florist. Mr. Lee Demarais kindly built the little book house which now contains a variety of free books for folks to enjoy.

This is a free book exchange program to encourage the love of learning and reading. Our Little Free Library currently contains a variety of books for all ages. We encourage folks to stop by and take a book and or leave a book.

Malta's Little Free Library has a variety of books from young children's to cook books to western novels.

Folks are welcome to take books home. No need to return them unless you wish for others to also enjoy the book. If you have books that you would like to share with others, feel free to set them in our Little Free Library.

Malta Kiwanis plans to continue with the Little Free Library program to encourage the love of reading for everybody, so please stop by and grab a book or two.

Happy reading!
