Good afternoon – Following a successful push by U.S. Senator Steve Daines, the U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced that ALL Montana counties now qualify for drought disaster relief.
“Montana farmers and ranchers have been struggling in the face of severe drought conditions across the state,” Daines said. “I am glad to see the USDA recognize this and grant ALL 56 of Montana counties this needed emergency assistance. I will not give up my work to ensure Montana’s ag community has all needed resources during this time.”
