One Nation, Under God

Loring News for Wednesday, March 23, 2022

Spring is officially here! Lots of geese flying north. The snow has melted except in the tree grounds. I’m just waiting for the meadowlark to sing his song for me!

Cindy Clark hosted Loring Woman’s Club on Wednesday and invited all the members to dinner as a farewell for Tina Russell. Tina gave us all a small gift to remember her by. She wasn’t here for long, but certainly made a place for herself in our hearts. Most of the discussion was about the Easter eatery or decor that we’d like to give the HLRC. Dinner was delish.

St. Patrick’s Day was the next day! I remembered and didn’t get pinched! Tina and Chuck Russell invited Cindy and I up for corned beef and cabbage with Janet too!

Sunday OES members performed a memorial for Gaelen Curtis in Malta.

It was splendid. The Simonson’s and Mylee Clark are playing in the JJMT in Glasgow! The high school kids just finished up the tournaments and the junior high steps into the gym. Keeps everyone entertained!

Pete and Carol were guests of Dixie Stordahl for dinner on Friday. So fun to have neighbors to break bread with! The Blunt Kids were wrestling in Billings over the weekend! I’m sure they did great.

When out and about this week check out the waning moon, the signs of spring, birds, flowers, etc.

Be kind!
