Pavilion re-build draws 10 bidders; Clausen & Sons submits apparent low bid: $1,640,000
Ten companies made bids Tuesday to be the firm that will build the 150’ x 240’ replacement for the Milk River Pavilion.
The apparent low bid was submitted by Clausen and Sons Construction of Havre. They submitted a base bid of $1,640,000 with a bid of $40,530 for open frame bleachers which is included in their base bid.
County commissioners voted to take the bids under advisement so their architect Kevin Nelson of CTA Architects of Billings can review them.
