When I went to AZ this time I missed the big wind event that was in northern Phillips County!

I have not discovered any problems except a few branches down on the back yard. The electricity was off or partial power for parts of two days!

I heard a meadowlark singing on Sunday morning! I’ve been waiting but I’ve been gone for a week.

Paula Morrison brought snacks for after church on Sunday! She is doing well! I’m glad to have them home!

Spring is a time for track meets and proms and both were happening with the Whitewater students this week! The junior high track meet was on Friday at the Johnson Track Field in Whitewater! Then the North Country gathered together for their prom. All the pictures were beautiful.

Happy birthday to John Flansaas! Nearly his whole family was here for the celebration! One grandson has passed away and four great grands were not feeling well. The family gathered at the Lutheran Church for cake and coffee. John just turned 94!

We are making little bunny butt cupcakes for the residents at the Hi Line Retirement Center. They will be delivered for an Easter treat.

Tina and Charles Russell are in their new house near Pensacola, Florida. They send greetings to the 49th parallel!
